Shipping
Ready-to-ship colors ship within 2–3 business days. Made-to-order pieces ship in approximately 3 weeks. Name embroidery adds approximately 7 business days. We use UPS Ground and USPS services. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email.
Packaging
Orders are thoughtfully packed to protect your purchase in transit. Whenever possible, we use recyclable or reusable packaging materials and encourage you to reuse or recycle them responsibly.
Returns
Every Robbie Adrian blanket arrives brand-new — cut, sewn, and packaged just for you, and never restocked. Because nothing that leaves our studio is ever resold, we don't offer traditional returns: your baby will never receive a blanket that has been in someone else's home, and we would never send yours to someone else's.
If your order arrives damaged, flawed, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it free of charge. Personalized and made-to-order pieces are made just for you and are final sale. Unsure about a size or color? Write to us before ordering — we're happy to help you choose.
Care & Washing
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low and remove while slightly damp. Gently reshape and finish drying flat. Do not use bleach or fabric softener.
