Shipping policy

Ready-to-Ship Items

Ready-to-ship items are already made and available in limited quantities. They are prepared and shipped within 2–3 business days.

Made-to-Order Items

Made-to-order items are handcrafted especially for you and ship in approximately 3 weeks.

Personalized Embroidery

Orders with name embroidery require an additional 7 business days. This additional preparation time applies to both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items.

Mixed Orders

If your order includes items with different preparation times, the items may be shipped together when the entire order is ready. If your order is shipped separately, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.

Shipping Rates

Complimentary U.S. shipping is available on orders of $99 or more. Any applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that business days do not include weekends or U.S. holidays. Delivery times after shipment are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
