Every Robbie Adrian product is prepared brand-new for your order and is never restocked or resold. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items, including returns due to a change of mind, size, or color preference.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, flawed, or incorrect, please contact us through our Contact Us page within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement at no additional charge. If a replacement is not available or appropriate, we will work with you to provide a suitable resolution, which may include a refund.

Personalized and made-to-order items are final sale, except when they arrive damaged, defective, flawed, or incorrect.
